Welcome to Ephrata Mennonite School
Welcome to Ephrata Mennonite School (EMS), a K-12 school of approximately 375 students. For over 75 years, EMS has partnered with parents to offer a high quality, Anabaptist education to families in Lancaster and surrounding counties. Our students, discipled in the way of our Lord Jesus Christ, are prepared for a life of service in the Kingdom of God. Our graduates own businesses, attend colleges, and work in missions around the world.
We are fully accredited through the Middle States Association accrediting agency. Our academic program of nationally recognized curriculum includes Institute for Excellence in Writing (IEW), Saxon Math, and Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Our teachers are experienced, caring professionals.
Note that we moved to a new campus at 635 Stevens Road (approximately a quarter mile from our old campus) at the start of the 2023-2024 school year.
The Ephrata Mennonite School Story
Each child, as a unique creation of God, has potential that flourishes when it is identified and nurtured.
Ephrata Mennonite School partners with parents and churches to challenge students to become Citizens of the Kingdom of God, who are Lifelong Learners and Team Players, through Diligent Work and Academic Excellence.
