Gym Rental

Ephrata Mennonite School rents its gymnasium on a four-hour minimum basis. Reservations are done through the school office at 717-738-4266.

We generally do not accept Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening rentals as the school has the gym reserved for its own activities.

Also, note that we have a church group regularly meeting here, so rental of the gym is unavailable before 1PM on Sundays. In addition, the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month the gym is unavailable for rental the entire day as it is reserved by the church. Also, due to the pending sale of the school building to the church, we are not accepting any rentals at this time beyond December 2022.
