Fee Schedule

Christian education, though well worth the investment, require sacrifices by families and staff. We are committed to the idea that all parents, who wish to (and who are willing to make a reasonable sacrifice), can send their students to EMS. Tuition covers about 75% of the overall operating expenses. We are blessed to have churches, businesses, and individuals who invest in Christian education at EMS. This allows us to keep tuition as affordable as possible.

We award needs-based scholarships through the Education Income Tax Credit (EITC) program (See the scholarship tab). Approximately 35% of our families receive these scholarships. We also work with many of our constituent churches who award needs-based scholarships to their members that need tuition support.

Our robust scholarship program allows parents with “regular jobs” to send all their children to Ephrata Mennonite School.

Grades 1-12 Tuition Rate for 2024-2025

One child – $6,995
Second child – $5,745 (multi-child scholarship)
Third child – $4,495 (multi-child scholarship)
All additional children $4,495 (multi-child scholarship)

Kindergarten (3 days per week) Tuition Rate for 2024-2025

$4,200 – (no multi-child scholarships for Kindergarten)

Transportation Fee

$600 per family – (0-9 Miles)
$975 per family – (10+ Miles but still within our busing area)

*Other minor ancillary fees may apply (field trips, etc.) Cafeteria Lunches (typically 2-3 times per week) are also available for purchase.
